In this case, this charge control circuit, which secures the operation power voltage Vcc, according to the voltage of the charge circuit C, is provided with a differential amplifier 7 whose - input terminal is connected to the collector of a transistor T for voltage retention whose collector is connected to the base of a transistor T1 for charge constituting the charge switch 1 and whose emitter is earthed, and to whose + input terminal reference voltage Vref is applied, and whose output terminal is connected to the base of the transistor T2 for voltage retention, and this charge control circuit generates the voltage geared to the reference voltage Vref, as the output of the differential amplifier 7, and retains the base voltage of the transistor T1 for charge constituting the charge switch 1 by this generated voltage.
