PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated chip ceramic capacitor, using a conventional ceramic of high reliability with long life of an insulating resistor on the premise that a Pd internal electrode is used as a dielectric material, and alloy with low-cost Ni as main component as an internal electrode material, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: An alloy wherein Pd is contained by 10-20 wt.% in Ni is used as an internal electrode material in a laminated type of ceramic capacitor. After Ni is baked at 1250-1400 deg.C in a reducing atmosphere, the Ni is oxidized in a temperature range of 1050-1250 deg.C in an oxidizing atmosphere, in a method for manufacturing the laminated type of ceramic capacitor.
