PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute high-speed and highly reliable pattern identification processing and the learning processing by realizing the high-speed learning processing and identification processing with parallel processing in the individual stages of basic processing units which are connected in multiple stages, prescribed pipeline processing between the individual stages and a new basic processing unit, which is dynamically added/learnt at the end of the final stage. SOLUTION: RANN1, RANN2,..., RANNn represent n-pieces of randomizing numbers ANN prepared in the basic processing unit (stage1) in the first stage, TH1, TH2,..., THn represent n-pieces of preprocessing circuits executing threshold processing in Stage1 in the first stage and an integrated arithmetic circuit which are connected to them at their post stage represents a circuit executing an AND operation, and they execute the integrated processing of the first stage. Then, the synthetic processing of a p-stage is similarly executed. When identification is ultimately successful at one stage, the decided result is sent to a synthetic judgment part, an OR operation is executed, and final output is obtained. |
