<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter-receiver capable of being mass-produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: This transmitter-receiver has a transmission circuit 12 having a mixer 123 mixing a transmission signal and a local signal, a local oscillation circuit 14 generating the local signal and a reception circuit 13 having a mixer 133 mixing a reception signal and the local signal. The transmission circuit 12, the local oscillation circuit 14 and the reception circuit 13 are installed in a common substrate sandwiched by ground electrodes. A through hole string T1, T2, L1, L2, R1 and R2 formed of plural through holes are installed along transmission lines 126, 141a and 141b where the reception signals are transmitted.</p> |
