<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose the abnormality of the output part of an alternator which becomes clear as the condition where the resistance value is high or the condition where the circuit is intermittently open. SOLUTION: This is a method of detecting the charge system 10 for an automobile which includes a generator 14 and an electric part 23 connected to receive the current from the output part 21 of this generator 14. In this case, this method includes the process of detecting the first voltage in the output part 21 of the generator, the process of detecting the second voltage of the electric part 23, the process of comparing the difference between the first voltage and the second voltage with the specified voltage which indicates the connection where the resistance value between the output part of the generator and the electric part is high, and the process of dropping or postponing the output of the current from the generator 14 in the case that the difference is larger than the specified voltage.</p> |
