PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oscillation actuator, having a mechanism causing no problem of lowering the efficiency due to increase of sliding resistance in which generation of gas from grease and generation of abrasion powder from a bearing is eliminated, even under a special environment sensitive to dust generation or magnetic force without requiring a bearing or slider material. SOLUTION: This oscillation actuator comprises oscillators 4, 5 comprising a planar piezoelectric element, and parts 4a, 4b, 5a and 5b for extracting a drive force. The oscillators are disposed on the left and right sides of the oscillator in a body case to hold and guide movers 6, 7 and 8 disposed substantially in the center of a body case 1a, while clamping and two pairs of support springs 2a, 2b and 2c, 2d support the oscillators 4, 5 and pressing the opposite ends thereof in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, a spring 3 presses the oscillator 4 against the side face and presses the oscillator 5 against the other side of the mover via the inner wall of the body case (unit case). |
