PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a plurality of rotary discs at the same time, at various rotation speeds using, a single rotary motor. SOLUTION: A flux is transferred to a bump electrode of an electronic part held with an attaching head. Here, a pair of rotary discs 40 and 40A, where a flux supplied from a flux supply part 32 is kept, a rotary motor 41 for rotating the rotary discs 40 and 40A, and a transmission mechanism (pulley 42, belt 43, pulleys 44 and 44) which transmits the rotation of rotary motor 41 to the rotary disks 40 and 40A, are provided. By changing the 44 to a pulley of different diameter (for example, the pulley 44A whose diameter is smaller than that of the pulley 44) according to a flux characteristics, so that a pair of rotary discs 40 is rotated at a rotation speed, corresponding to the flux of various characteristics at the same time with the single rotary motor 41.
