摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting jig which is usable in common, irrespective of the size of optical components, and to provide a method for adjusting the attachment position of the optical component by using the adjusting jig. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal panel (optical component) 11 is fixed to a panel fixing plate 12. The adjusting jig 13 is mounted on the panel fixing plate 12, then, the panel fixing plate 12 is attached to the adjusting jig 13. The panel fixing plate 12 is supported by the adjusting jig 13 so that it may be moved in a direction (Z direction) parallel to the optical axis, and directions (X and Y directions) orthogonal to the optical axis. In this case, the adjustment reference shafts 102 of an optical frame 10 are inserted into the adjustment reference holes 121 of the plate 12. After deciding the optimum attachment position of the panel by moving the panel fixing plate 12, adhesive agent is injected into the adjustment reference holes 121 of the panel fixing plate 12 so as to fix the panel fixing plate 12 to the optical frame 10. Thereafter, the adjusting jig 13 is detached.
