PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition for e.g. Fresnel lens or prism lens with a high refractive index and excellent mold releasability and shape reproducibility, comprising an ethylenic unsaturated group-contg. compound, photopolymerization initiator and thiol compound. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises (A) pref. 30-95 (esp. 50-90)wt.% of an ethylenic unsaturated group-contg. compound [e.g. urethane(meth)acrylate, epoxy(meth)acrylate], (B) pref. 0.1-10 (esp. 1-7)wt.% of a photopolymerization initiator (e.g. a copolymerizable photopolymerization initiator of formula I or formula II), and (C) pref. 1-70 (pref. 5-50)wt.% of a thiol compound [pref. bisphenol A tetraethoxydiol β-mercaptopropionate, ethylenebis(2-hydroxyethyl sulfide) β-mercaptopropionate]. |
