SIMPLE PCB MEASURING INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a simple PCB measuring instrument to make cleaning-up and graduation with a small amount of solvent without requiring any concentrating treatment within a shortened processing time. SOLUTION: At the time of measuring coplanar PCBs, the cleaning-up and graduation which are performed between rough extraction for extracting the coplanar PCBs into an organic solvent and the analysis by means of an analyzer are performed by high performance liquid chromatography instead of the conventional column chromatography. Since the high performance liquid chromatography is used, the time required for the cleaning-up and graduation is shortened and the required amount of the solvent is reduced. In addition, no concentrating process is required. Moreover, the cleaning-up and graduation can be carried out continuously by controlling the supply of a sample liquid to each treatment column during the course of high performance liquid chromatography. Furthermore, even a plurality of samples can be treated continuously by performing the introduction of the chromatography by automatic injection and the batching-off of the graduated coplanar PCBs by automatic dispense.
