PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demodulate a signal to be phase-modulated by reducing the effect of the signal even when the signal is based on a radio wave that receives fading. SOLUTION: A state estimate/prediction filter on the basis of a Karman filter is employed for generating phase correction data used to generate phase indication data, and an estimate/prediction phase of a phase of a carrier of the signal to be phase-modulated, an estimate/prediction angular frequency for an angular frequency of the carrier of the signal to be phase-modulated and an estimate/prediction fluctuation phase having a fluctuation angular frequency for the fluctuation of the angular frequency at the angular frequency sufficiently lower than the angular frequency of the carrier of the signal to be phase-modulated are used for its state variables. |
