PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a current driver circuit capable of smoothly controlling the output current waveform while securing the switching speed. SOLUTION: In accordance with two input signals Vi1, Vi2, a load circuit 14 consisting of the inductive load is driven by first and second driving circuits 11, 12. First and second damping control signals SP1, SP2 are produced based on the input signals Vi1, Vi2. The first and second damping control signals SP1, SP2 become the L-level with the timing generating an overshoot at the time of switching operation of the current drive circuit 10. Thus, the current is supplied to output terminals OUT1, OUT2 from damping circuits 23, 24, and the current flowing in the load circuit 14 is restricted, thereby the overshoot of the output current is reduced. |
