PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of an insulating sheet with which the number of components and processes can be reduced and easy and reliable fixation is enabled. SOLUTION: In a fixing structure of an insulating sheet 3 for covering a conductive portion of a printed board 2 mounted on a chassis 1, a claw portion 6 is provided to the chassis. To fix the insulating sheet 3, the claw portion and a hole in the insulating sheet as well as a projected portion of the printed board and a hole in the insulating sheet 3 are fitted. It is preferable that the chassis has a cross section in an F shape while the insulating sheet has a cross section in a hook shape.
