PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety and appearance of a hands-free unit for a mobile phone for a vehicle by avoiding a wire cable connecting a unit main body and the mobile phone from being exposed. SOLUTION: This hands-free speech unit for vehicle is provided with a mobile phone holder 6, whose charging terminal 8 is provided to a place of the interior side of a front door garnish 2 of the vehicle, a flexible cable 16 provided with an incoming plug 18, a directional microphone 12 and a speaker 14. A power supply adapter amplifier circuit is provided to one part of the front door garnish 2. By placing a mobile phone 4 at the mobile phone holder 6, the charging terminal 8 can be connected to a charging connector 30. By connecting the incoming plug 18 to an incoming jack 32, safety and appearance are improved without exposing the wiring.
