PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately transfer received image information without wastefully transferring, even unrequired received image information or the like by transferring image information received from a prescribed destination to a prescribed transfer destination via a prescribed channel among plural channels. SOLUTION: When a call arrives, in the case that transfer is set by a user, whether a channel which receives an incoming call is a specified channel registered in an incoming call program table 35 is checked. When it is the registered channel, by the extraction means 51 of a system control part, the lower four digits of a calling origin telephone number are extracted from a TSI sent from a calling side and whether the calling origin of the telephone number having the same lower four digits as the lower four digits is registered is retrieved. When it is registered, a transfer destination registered for the calling origin and the file ID of the image information received from the calling origin and stored are read from tables 32, 34 and 35, a transmission job table 33 is prepared and normal storage transmission is performed.
