The invention relates to a reversing rotary pump which may be used as a hydraulic/pneumatic motor or as a speed control device for circulating various fluids. According to the invention, the rotary pump has a diaphragm disk (7) mounted on the cross (b) of the operating lever (2), said membrane disk (7) having the possibility of tight oscillation inside the spherical body (1) wherein a sphere (8) can rotate, a truncated cone (9) secured to said sphere (8) being rotatable inside a slide bearing provided with an oil duct (c), fastened onto the spherical body (1) by means of a fastening member (11), several blades (12) supported by the sphere (8), the inner surface of the spherical body (1) and the diaphragm disk (7) by means of some sealing semicylinders (13) which penetrate into the truncated cone (9) in the median plane, the pump being driven by means of a driving shaft (14) fastened onto the truncated cone (9) and provided with a rolling friction bearing (15). The claimed rotary pump has a diaphragm mounted on the disk (18), said diaphragm accomodating an upper hemispherical body (19) and a lower hemispherical body (20), the upper blades (24) rotating tightly inside the upper hemispherical body (19) and the lower blades (25) rotating tightly inside the lower hemispherical body (20).
