PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify the intensity of reflected light and to improve the appearance by providing a vertical cross section of a reflector with the shape corresponding to the directional characteristic of a LED to be used. SOLUTION: A reflector has the triangular shape having a vertex corresponding to a central part of a light, and its sides are formed by curved lines corresponding to the shape of the directional characteristic of a LED. The light from the LED is reflected by the circumference of the reflector, directed to a front part of the light, tool and emitted forward through a front glass to be functioned as a light for vehicle. As the reflector has the curved lines corresponding to the directional characteristic in the longitudinal direction of the LED, the intensity of light reflected by the reflector is maximized though the central part of the lighting tool is furthermost from the LED, and the uniform light intensity can be obtained as the light using the reflected light. Further the uniformity of the light can be improved by applying a part of the light from the LED to an area outside of the directional characteristic of the LED by using a second reflector 4. |
