摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus and a board whose reliability and productivity are enhanced by a method wherein a second substrate is fixed to the rear surface of a first substrate so as to be detachable and the second substrate can be replaced simply and economically when it is used so as to be worn out or the like. SOLUTION: This radiation detector and this radiation detecting board are composed of a motherboard 1 (a second substrate) and a radiation detecting substrate 2 (a first substrate). A wiring pattern 3 and a connector 6 which is connected electrically to the pattern are installed on the surface of the motherboard 1. A wiring pattern which is connected to a detection part and a connector 7 which is connected electrically to the pattern are installed on the surface of the radiation detection substrate 2. A cap 8 by which the detection part is kept at a set gas atmosphere is arranged and installed at the radiation detecting substrate 2. The connectors 6, 7 are connected by a flexible printed-circuit board (FPC) 5. The radiation detecting substrate 2 can be attached to, and removed from, the motherboard 1. When only the radiation detecting substrate 2 is replaced, the radiation detecting board can be repaired.
