PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance uniformity and light utilization factor by a method wherein an optical path is branched in an optical incident pupil part by an optical path split element. SOLUTION: For example, a plurality of light guide tubes 200 are set as an optical path split element, and after a measuring luminous flux is focused by focusing lens 20, an optical path is split by light guide tubes 200 in an incident pupil 30 part. At this time, when input ends of the light guide tubes 200 are arranged as reference numerals 210, 220, 230, a measuring luminous flux can be assorted into a plurality of branch luminous fluxes. The luminous flux in which the optical path is split is introduced into a different color dividing filter element 80 via an output end of the light guide tube 200 and a light guide tube focusing element 250, and is received by a corresponding optical sensor 50 as a color dividing filter luminous flux.
