PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect mounted devices or the like by keeping airtightness inside a housing, without making the mechanism complicated. SOLUTION: A housing 1 of an outdoor apparatus comprises a main body 3, having a piece of packing 5 in a groove 4 and a lid 2. A circuit board 6 is mounted in the housing 1. A sublimating material 7 is enclosed in the housing 1 to raise the inner pressure by a sublimated gas 8, which prevents infiltration of humidity/deleterious gas and the like through gaps on the packing 5. For the sublimating material 7, a substance that sublimates at a temperature range at which the enclosure is installed and at about outer atmospheric pressure (1 atmospheric pressure) is chosen. The sublimating material of the amount is used that can supply necessary and adequate amount of the gas until the lid 2 is opened the next for maintenance or the like.
