The pharmaceutical composition comprises a therapeutically effective amount of a first compound, the first compound being an estrogen agonist/antagonist; and a therapeutically effective amount of a second compound, the second compound being a prostaglandin or a prostaglandin agonist/antagonist. These compositions are useful for the treatment of low bone mass conditions such as osteoporosis and post-menopausal bone loss.
