<p>PURPOSE:To grasp the generation frequency of a signal unit and to easily perform the analysis of the cause of the generation frequency of the signal unit, etc., by displaying data representing the generation frequency of the signal on the display screen of a control panel with signal data. CONSTITUTION:The signal unit inputted from a sequencer 3 or an external switch 14 is displayed on the display panel 8 of a control panel sequentially at every input of the signal unit. In addition to such display, the designation of a range to analyze and to tabulate the signal unit already inputted and stored is performed by function keys (F1-F3). Next, the number of times of input of the signal unit in a designated range is counted. Based on a counted result, the number of times of reception and the signal unit are displayed on the display panel 8 in sequence of the signal unit with higher reception frequency. In such a way, it is possible to analyze the operating status of the sequencer 3 or a mechanical device 4 and the cause of the generation of abnormality, etc., by an operator or a maintenance engineer.</p> |
