<p>A protein comprising the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:2 which is a signal transducing molecule expressed specifically in mouse mast cells; a protein having the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:4 which is a signal transducing molecule expressed specifically in human mast cells; polynucleotides encoding these proteins; expression vectors carrying these polynucleotides; cells transformed by these expression vectors; and antibodies against the above proteins. These signal transducing molecules are useful in, for example, screening novel drugs against allergic diseases.</p> |
