A method is disclosed for the preparation of a silicone rubber composition, wherein a liquid polydiorganosiloxane (A), silica (B), hydrolyzable organosilicon compound (C), and water (D) are introduced continuously into the raw material inlet of a biaxial continuous extruding and mixing machine. In this method, the polydiorganosiloxane is introduced through the outer lumen of a double lumen tube, and the silica filler is introduced through the inner lumen of the double lumen tube. As a result, the silica is introduced rapidly without being scattered and superior mixing of the two substances is achieved. <IMAGE> |
