The invention relates to a digital circuit which is used for converting a capacitance value, a resistance value and an inductance value to digital values. The capacitance, the resistance and the inductance each are connected to an electrical switch controlled by a controller, a comparator is connected to a timer connected with the controller, the electrical switch controls switching the capacitance to connect with the resistance or the inductance in order to form a resistance-capacitance charging-discharging-circuit or an inductance-capacitance charging-discharging-circuit through which the resistance and the capacitance or the inductance and capacitance can be measured respectively. One end of the capacitor is connected to the comparator, the timer measures the time of the charging and discharging time. To measure an array of sensors many switches are connected in series. The invention measures the timing to measure elements using the digital circuit, this simplifies the complicated circuit in prior in which an analogous value is converted to a digital value after an element value is converted to an analogous value.
