There is provided a composition for the hand treatment fabric, such as pre-treatment, soaking, and/or rinsing, whereby the composition comprises a suds suppressing system and has a clarity value upon a 0.2 % dilution of less than a 0.04 % by weight of a dimethyl bis(steroyl oxyethyl) ammonium chloride aqueous solution and a suds reduction value of at least 50 %.
