Each wheel fastener (16) has a support sector (17) bearing from above or below on the bars (12) of the respective bar sector (14) and (17) is adjoined by a fixer sector (22) in turn tapped (23) for a screw drvice (28) so the tapped bore (23) is covered above by part (24) of the fixer sector (22). The fixer sector in each case lies between the bars (12) and the fastener (16) has top and bottom projections (19,20) to form two support sectors (17). The fixer sector (22) lies between the support sectors (17) and the tapped bore (23) of each fastener (16) is topped by a cap piece which forms part of the fixer sector (22). Each screw (28) is locked in place by crushing the topmost thread turn of the bore (23) or by an inserted plastics ring.
