PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suck air in the place far from a device main body by providing the sucking direction of air with directivity. SOLUTION: An air blow-off port 5 is provided in the peripheral part of an air suction port 3, and an inducing flow 16(a) is generated by blowing a blowing flow 15 from the air blow-off port 5 in the direction perpendicular to the air sucking direction. Even the polluted air caused in the palace far from the sucking device is effectively sucked without causing any diffusion since the generated inducing flow 16(a) is not sucked to the air suction port 3.
