<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily automate fitting of a grip while a difference between both sides is removed and lining up is made easy by a method wherein films to be sealed or the film and a molded product or the like are respectively placed on both sides, pressed, and besides cooled after applying an electricity thereto. SOLUTION: For a plane like heater 1, for example, a nickel chromium alloy sheet of about 0.2mm thickness is cut out by a uniform narrow width of 2mm in an elliptic shape to make a heater 3. While a wire width is made steeply thicker from a center of a long side to outside, a non-heating lead wire 4 is put out. They are put between tetrafluoroethylene coated glass cloths with a pressure sensitive adhesive from both sides to be fixed. The plane like heater 1 is placed at a specific position, a bag 2 is arranged so as to cover the plane like heater 1 from its opening part, further the elliptic grip 6 molded by polyethylene is placed on both surfaces outside the bag 2, pressed with a pressing plate of a heat sealer, and heated by applying electricity. When taken out after heating, the bag 2 and the grip 6 are completely sealed from both sides.</p> |
