A spraying surface treatment vehicle comprising a binder spray unit and an aggregate spray unit which are arranged in the mentioned order in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle at the portion of the vehicle which is ahead of front wheels thereof, or at the portion of the vehicle which is between front and rear wheels thereof, or at the portion of the vehicle which is at the back of the rear wheels thereof, whereby a spraying surface treatment method comprising carrying out a total surface treatment consisting of at least the spraying of the binder and that of the aggregate with the vehicle driven forward continuously is attained, the method enabling a uniform and highly durable surface treatment layer to be formed efficiently in a short period of time.
