PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor blade outer tip seal device capable of improving a seal between the blade tip and the shroud of a rotor assembly, coping with the thermal expansion of the rotor assembly, improving turbine engine efficiency, and enhancing the durability of the rotor assembly. SOLUTION: A shroud 16 for a rotor assembly 18 laid in a case 32 includes a suspension device 50, a control ring 52 and a blade external air seal 54. In this case, the suspension device 50 is positioned between the control ring 52 and the case 32. Also, the control ring 52 has a body and a first mounting device 84, and the blade external air seal 54 has a second mounting device 103. The first and the second mounting devices 84 and 103 cooperate to secure the blade external air seal 54 to the control ring 52. |
