PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device of a vehicle, equipped with a rubber- made helper stopper excellent in strength and durability. SOLUTION: The longitudinal sectional shape of stopper rubbers 24 of helper stoppers 22 to be brought in contact with an auxiliary leaf spring 18 for supporting load in collaboration with a main leaf spring 1 is formed into a reverse trapezoidal shape. Therefore, the deformation of the stopper rubbers 24 is held in the spring plate width even if the auxiliary leaf spring 18 is brought in strong-contact with the helper stoppers, generation of cracks and deterioration of durability in conventional projecting of deformation are prevented. The vertical sectional forms of the stopper rubbers are formed into drum shapes in which their center parts are narrowed, and compression deformation is held in the spring plate width. |
