PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition, excellent in fluidity, molding processability and mechanical properties and good in molding appearance such as color tone. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) 30-90 pts.wt. ultrahigh- molecular weightα-olefin copolymer having 5-30dl/g intrinsic viscosity, (B) 70-10 pts.wt. polyolefin having 0.4-4dl/g intrinsic viscosity and (C) a plasticizer such as a process oil in an amount of 10-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total amount of the components (A) and (B).
