DEVICE FOR INSPECTING DIAMETER OF ENGINE VALVE

PURPOSE: A diameter inspecting device of an engine valve is provided to improve the productivity and the reliability of the valve by sequentially and automatically inspecting the diameters of the engine valves and detecting defective engine valves. CONSTITUTION: A valve supplying device(10) stores many measured valves(12) and discharges the valve from a selector(14) one by one. A diameter inspecting portion(20) lifts and lowers a master guide(22) for inspecting the diameter of the valve by fixing the valve. A valve classifying device(50) discharges the inspected valves(12) by classifying to good shoots(59) or defected shoots(60) according to the inspected results in the diameter inspecting portion. The diameter inspecting device inspects the valves automatically according to detecting signals from many solenoid valves and position sensors through a control device. Thereby, the productivity of the products and the reliability of the quality are improved.
