<p>A recombinant, or genetically engineered, mammalian cell, comprises a conditionally-inducible oncogene and an exogenous polynucleotide encoding the catalytic sub-unit of the telomerase complex. The recombinant cells are useful in therapy, to replace lost or damaged cells.</p> |
