<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm and paste the contents of an information item tag with a simple operation by arranging and displaying information items in a menu format, simultaneously displaying information items in an upper rank of the menu and allowing even an information item tag located in a lower rank to easily confirm the information item tags in the upper rank. SOLUTION: An operator first enters input information with an input device such as a keyboard with an information window 100 accessed. An information item tag to be associated is searched in a tag group about an information item tag 201. When a character string is inputted in an information field 203-2, a menu is displayed, and an information item tag of use time limit is selected and is subjected to drag and drop at a place on the left side of a character string (March 31, 1998) in the field 203-2 in a tag paste area 102-1. Thus, an information item tag 115-1 of the use time limit is pasted in the area 102-1, and the both are associated with each other. Further, the both are associated by a tag pasted in the information item tag paste area 102-1 for the right of portrait.</p> |
