<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film photoelectric conversion module, where a cell is not excessively heated when the one cell among the cells is shielded from light. SOLUTION: This thin-film photoelectric conversion module 1 is provided with a substrate 2, and a plurality of thin film photoelectric conversion cells 10 which are formed on the substrate 2 and connected in series. A plurality of the thin-film photoelectric conversion cells 10 are provided with transparent front electrode layers 3, thin-film photoelectric conversion units 4 arranged on the layers 3, conductive transparent oxide layers 5 arranged on the units 4, metal backside electrode layers 6 arranged on the layers 5, and metal parts 8 which are parts of regions 7 sandwiched between the transparent front electrode layers 3 and the metal backside electrode layers 6 and in contact with one side surfaces of the photoelectric conversion units 4.</p> |
