<p>The present invention relates to a method and a device for production of beverages on which foam shall be formed, wherein liquid concentrate (6) is brought to a joining zone (12a) in a mixing chamber (12), in which joining zone (12a) the concentrate (6) is brought together or joined with a diluent (7), and wherein the concentrate (6) and the diluent (7) are mixed together in the mixing chamber (12) for obtaining a ready mixed beverage (2), preferably hot chocolate, coffee or juice. The concentrate (6) is pumped into the joining zone (12a) by means of pump device (21). Gas (9) is supplied by means of a gas supply device (30) to a gas supply zone (12b) in the mixing chamber (12) through which the mixture (8) of concentrate (6) and diluent (7) is brought to flow, which is located downstream relative to the joining zone (12a) and which is expanded or widened relative to such parts (12c) of the mixing chamber (12) which are located upstream of said gas supply zone (12b).</p> |
