The guide screw (8) has a threading (18) as an anchor in the first bone segment (1) with a guide section through the second bone segment (2). The separation screw (10) has a supporting tip (38) in or on the first bone segment (1), and a threading through the second bone segment (2). Rotation of the separation screw (10) increases the gap (4) between the two bone segments (1,2).
