<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric contact which can be used for both high/low power to decrease contact resistance and with high reliability. SOLUTION: This electric part is formed by a compound member having many conductive non-metal fibers in a conductive metal base material, to be into electric contact with the other part. The compound member is extended in the axial direction and has DC volumetric resistivity less than about 100μΩ.cm. A plurality of the conductive fibers, in a metal matrix, is oriented mutually substantially parallelly and substantially parallelly to the axial direction of the compound member. The conductive fiber, so as to provide a plurality of electric contacts in each end of the compound member, is continued from one end to the other end of this compound member. At least one end of the compound member has a brush-shaped structure comprising a plurality of fibers, this brush-shaped structure provides a dispersed filament contact without at least a substantial metal matrix. A tip end serving as the end of the fiber in the brush-shaped structure forms an electric contact surface.</p> |
