Adjustable assembly

The adjustable unit has a base, an adjustable part, at least one lever and a drive (6), whereby the lever(s) is connected to the base and adjustable part via two parallel oriented elastic solid body rotary joints. One (7) of the solid body joints (7,8) is divided into two rotary joints (7a,7b) that are laterally offset along their rotation axis on both sides of the second joint (8). An Independent claim is also included for an optical holder.
