The flat installed module comprises sensors (Si-n), whose outputs are coupled to inputs of a logic unit (1), in which they are linked in an OR manner. The logic unit output is coupled to a functional unit (F1), generating an emergency output signal (A1) within a preset monitoring time period (UZ). The output signal is applied together with an output signal (A2) of a second functional unit (F2) with adjusted active day time range (AZ) and the ON/OFF signal of a switch, to the input of a second logic unit (2), where it is AND linked to generate an output signal, which is coupled to the input of a telephone basic apparatus (6) for the release of a warning and emergency calls.
