Guiding arrangement for segments of corrugated plastic tube forming machine

A diverting and guiding arrangement (4) for the forming segments(1) of a machine for production of corrugated tubes from extruded thermoplastic tubes using a blow moulding process is symmetrically installed between a base plate(5) and a cover plate(6) and a chain-like arrangement of segments(1), divided into opposing halves, moves continuously and symmetrically around the diverting and guiding device(4). For rapid heat dispersion the diverting and guiding device(4), base plate(5) and cover plate(6) are made of aluminium and connecting elements between successive segments(1) consist of tension springs.
