An assembly to make whipped cream consists of an insulated housing with a refrigeration unit. Liquid cream is surrendered to a chilled vessel within the housing. The vessel has a pump which circulates both liquid cream and incoming air which are both chilled to a temperature of 5 <0> C or less prior to mixing. The mixture of cream and air are directed to a mixing point (12) and then to a thermally insulated beating unit which surrenders the whipped cream to an outlet. |
