The heat exchanger consists of a pre-formed plastic pipe arrangement (2) and a carrier panel (1). The panel consists of a thermoplastic foil, into which the pipes are imbedded by heating and deep-drawing, and the components are connected to form a stable unit. The plastic foil is mounted on a metal panel to form a radiator.
