SUBSTANCE: member has conical tubular housing with built-in structure made of stockpile twisted around axis to involute and consisting of many metal sheets placed one onto the other with majority of sheets being corrugated. Each metal sheet is formed into round segment and is limited by external arc approximately circular relative to center and internal arc approximately circular and concentric relative to the external arc and arranged between external arc and center. Each corrugation of sheet is arranged approximately radially relative to center with its height in arc being L1, L2..
