PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a feed capable of improving the taste of breast meat of live meat chicken, etc., and to provide a method for feeding the feed to meat chickens. SOLUTION: This feed for meat chicken is obtained by formulating a common low-priced feed for meat chicken with an SH protease material being a proteolytic enzyme. To be concrete, a feed consisting essentially of maize, soybean oil cake and fish meal is formulated with 1-10% of pinapple refuse as the SH protease material. |
