PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consumption of fuel effected by an internal combustion engine to stop a feed of fuel during deceleration as much as possible, and to prevent a stop of its rotation. SOLUTION: This control device comprises a drive device to perform drive of an internal combustion engine, a fuel feed control means to effect re-starting of a feed of fuel to the internal combustion engine when the number of revolutions of an internal combustion engine to which a feed of fuel is stopped is reduced to the predetermined number of return revolutions, drive deciding means S6-S7 to decide whether an internal combustion engine is driven by the drive device, and fuel feed and the number of return revolutions control means S9 and S11 to set the return number of revolutions for restarting a feed of fuel by the fuel feed control means to a value higher than that when the internal combustion engine is driven by the drive device when it is decided by the drive deciding means that the internal combustion engine can not be driven by the drive device. |
