PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facilities for automobile work suitable for orderly work of maintaining and washing automobiles in the same lot. SOLUTION: The lot 1 has an outer lane 2 along the perimeter thereof, an inner lane 4 inside the outer lane 2, and a branch 6 diverging from the inner lane 4 to the outer lane 2. The outer and inner lanes 2 and 4 are defined with their starting points 21 and 41 opened to an entrance 8 of the lot 1 and their end points 22 and 42 opened to an exit 9 thereof. A maintenance area M is delimited on that side of a branch point 61 of the branch 6 which communicates with the starting point 41 of the inner lane 4, and a car washing area W is defined on that side of a convergent point 62 of the branch 6 which leads to the end point 22 of the outer lane 2.
