PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance mounting workability for a hub-dynamo for an bicycle. SOLUTION: A locking mechanism is provided to prevent an axle 14 from rotating when the axle 14 is attached to a fork 1 of a bicycle, in a hub-dynamo provided with a hub case for a wheel with a magnet fixed, the axle 14 of which both ends are projected from the hub case to support the hub case rotatably, a dynamo coil 18 positioned inside the hub case to be fixed to the axle 14, and an output terminal 24 positioned outside to be power-supplied from the coil 18. Since the rotation of the axle 14 is prevented when the axle 14 is attached to the fork 1 of the bicycle, holding for the axle 14 is not required, workability for the attachment is enhanced, and the output terminal 24 is directed to a fixed direction to be convenient for wiring.
